It’s All About Optimization

Over the years, BPO always stood for Business Process Outsourcing. In the same way, BPO also meant providing call center services – be it customer support or technical support. But Outsourcing is only a part of the BPO industry, and call center service also being just a part of the outsourcing service engagement. Here at Next BPO Solutions, we know that the reason you want to outsource (especially to the Philippines) is not only because you want to lower your costs – we know that the main reason you want to outsource certain functions in your company is because you want to optimize the processes in your business so you can deliver more value and better services, both to your clients and to your shareholders.

It’s really all about Optimization. For this reason, we are dropping the word “Outsourcing” from the acronym BPO in our company, and we are replacing it with the word “Optimization”. And with that, we are redefining BPO services, implementing it the way it should be  Business Process Optimization. We will still continue to provide customized outsourcing services, all because it is part of what we do. But as your service provider, we will not only provide you with the outsourced services, we will also help you optimize your business process, wherever it is that we are involved in. We are growing from being your Customized Outsourcing Specialists ™ to becoming your Business Process Optimizers ™.

So what do we do as your Business Process Optimizers ™? We will help in defining exactly which part of your business need to be optimized and along with it, which parts need to be outsourced. Our optimization services will include understanding your business and service processes (at least those that we would be able to touch as a part of the service engagement), identifying areas that will need improvement, and provide optimization solutions. You will be surprised as you will realize you might not really need to buy that equipment or hire that many people.
