Xavier Eric Manalastas
President / CEO

Eric founded Next BPO Solutions in July 2009, and has lead it from its humble beginning of employing just 6 staff to now more than 60 employees. After setting up the initial operations, he now provides direction to the company to achieve its growth plans. Eric now leads the corporate strategies and business development efforts of the company.

Before starting Next BPO Solutions, Eric has gathered vast professional experiences from his more than 20-year career as a system integrator, corporate IT officer, project manager and operations consultant for different enterprise, telecoms and outsourcing clients. This exposure and training has gained him the title “Customized     Outsourcing Specialist” and allowed him to offer consultation based services to Next BPO Solutions’ clients, enabling the company to provide customized outsourcing solutions.

Jesson P. Delos Santos
Operations Manager

Jesson manages the projects to ensure that operations and support processes are in place and well- documented. He also ensures that service coverage is always provided and that operations processes are optimized for a more efficient service delivery. He works closely with the clients to ensure that all processes are designed to optimize the clients’ outsourced business functions.

Prior to joining Next BPO Solutions, Jesson worked for a consulting company in Makati City, guiding organizations from different industries (Power, Logistics, BPO, Manufacturing, Telecoms and Transport) in re-aligning their operations processes to qualify for ISO certifications. As an Industrial Engineer, he brings knowledge and process optimization skills to Next BPO Solutions. These skills will be made available to our clients in improving their customer support operations from the Philippines.
        

Rowena Kimpo
Admin Officer

Rowena currently handles the company’s billing and collection, procurement of office supplies and equipment, payroll generation as well as general office management. She also works closely with the HR Department in the management of the staff’s benefits. Before joining Next BPO Solutions, she  worked as an Admin/Accounting assistant for 3 years with an outsourcing company and as an Admin Officer for 6 years with an Israeli company. Other than handling the daily administrative requirements of the office, she also helps the CEO in managing the finances of the company, particularly in payment scheduling and budget allocation.

Evelyn Enriquez
HR Coordinator

 Evelyn currently handles the daily operations of the HR Department of Next BPO Solutions, which includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training. She works closely with the Operations Team in ensuring the matching of skills and talents for each client’s requirements. Before joining Next BPO Solutions, Evelyn has worked with different companies from diverse industries such as manufacturing, finance and the academe. Other than ensuring complete documentation of each employee’s performance, she is also currently heading the company’s efforts in the automation of its online HR management system.

The IT Services team ensures the constant availability of the company’s Information and Communications Technology infrastructure (ICT). The team plans and implements the company’s network and security requirements as well as the delivery of the high level of services to each client’s project. This involves close coordination with telecom service providers and constant monitoring of the network’s performance and security. As the team tasked with the strict implementation of the company’s IT security policies. IT Services also ensures that all network components are standards compliant and that network access of each staff (from the inside and outside) is governed by strict security measures, even beyond the client’s requirements if necessary. The team is also at the forefront of developing and managing the company’s intranet (used for project and talent management) and web portal.
