After being selected as finalist in five (5) categories, Next BPO Solutions bagged the Most Innovative Company (Post- COVID Response) in the first ever Davao City IT-BPM Awards night last November 10-11 at Acacia Hotel, Davao City.
The awards night was the highlight of Innovation Summit 2022. With its theme, “Smart Sourcing in the Global Marketplace” the activities were made possible by the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry and ICT Davao, Inc. with the Davao City Investment Promotion Center also sponsoring the event
The award's aim was to recognize and celebrate the resiliency of the Davao City BPO community during and after the Coronavirus pandemic after being one of the most affected sectors. Next BPO Solutions is one of the locally grown BPO companies thriving in the metro serving various countries for 13 years now. It has continued its operation amidst the global and economic threat of the pandemic.

- Barani Award - Best in COVID Response (“Barani” is Maguindanaoan for “Hero”)

The company's operations manager, Benjamin Galedo, stated that receiving the recognition for Most Innovative Company for MSME proves how effectively and efficiently they have worked as a team. “Despite the impact of this pandemic, the team's dedication and commitment to work around it allowed us to power through. The policies and projects implementations wouldn't have been successful without the collaboration and cooperation of each and every Nexter”, he added.
